This website is a utility for you to customize a quote to rent Audio/Visual equipment from AVS for less.
Rental orders are valid ONLY in the San Antonio metropolitan area. Orders for locations exceeding a 50 mile radius of San Antonio will be CANCELLED.
ALL orders will be considered a quote until reviewed and approved by AVS for less.
After a customer places an online order (quote), they will receive a quote confirmation via email and will then be contacted by AVS for less to confirm the details of their order/payment method.
Once an order has been confirmed, an official invoice will be emailed to the customer (for credit card orders the invoice will be payable).
To get started, start browsing for the items you are needing to rent under the Rental Selection tab.
Add each needed item to your shopping cart just like a regular online store.
We also encourage you to register for an account with AVS for less to simplify future checkouts, although you can also checkout as a guest.
